When we first started in the Calgary area, the service warranties were for 30 / 60 / 90 day terms. WE convinced the competition to extend their warranty terms to match the extended warranty terms that we offer. Of this we are very proud!!! Note: Since this was written , most have reverted back to old warranties!(page update Sept 05)

Before you call on any serviceperson with problems...please check your machine for the following common mistakes:

-Make sure your needle is correctly inserted with flat-side in correct direction (Problem: won't pick-up lower thread)

-Double check machine's threading

-Bobbin correctly inserted and threaded
