The following exerpts have been taken from various letters sent to me. I wanted
to show my appreciation to those who felt the need to send me a letter...............they certainly make me feel

- I have received my machine back and I assure you it never worked that smoothly
from the day I brought it home as a new purchase! As I understand from Mr. Graupner, it indeed had serious problems
and each time it was serviced and "repaired ", the root problem was not dealt with. I would be remiss
if I did not acknowledge his efforts. Customer's, too often, are free to send complaints, but seldom take the same
effort to send praise. Satisfied customers are the best referrals to a business, and in this regard, you can be
assured I applauded Great Western's customer relation's strongly at EVERY OPPORTUNITY! (M. Court)
